Management
End-to-end management of your sourcing pipeline — logistics, suppliers, quality, and orders.
We have a wide selection of logistics solutions: ocean shipping, air shipping, road shipping, post shipping, and express shipping. Tell us your needs, and we'll design the most secure and cost-effective solution.
1. Design the Best Solution
We have maintained good relationships with a dozen established shipping companies and enjoy very favorable rates from them.
- Ocean shipping: LCL (Less than Container Load), FCL (Full Container Load)
- Air shipping
- Road shipping
- Railway shipping
- Post shipping: China Post, Hong Kong Post, Singapore Post
- Express shipping: FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, EMS
2. Documents Processing
We are professional in document processing. All documents are carefully and completely checked before being sent to shipping companies. For those needing additional documents like Certificate of Origin (C/O) or other preferential treatment certificates, we can apply on your behalf.
Basically — you don't have to worry about anything. Your goods will be delivered to you in good condition, in good time, at the best shipping rate.
Supplier management includes searching, qualifying, monitoring, and auditing suppliers. We help you source new suppliers and manage your current ones.
1. Searching and Qualifying Suppliers
We have a well-maintained database of suppliers. Once you give us your demand, we easily select ideal candidates from both our internal database and external resources. Then you decide which suppliers to advance with or have us conduct factory inspections to qualify.
Factory inspection (also called factory audit) is a must when starting a serious business relationship with a new supplier. Our report covers (core of ISO 9001):
- Basic information (contact person, tel, email, address, history, legal status, business scale)
- Target market info (main products, main markets, major clients)
- Certificates (QMS, products certifications)
- Factory tour (equipment, production lines, capabilities, warehouses, labour conditions)
2. Monitoring and Auditing Suppliers
We can regularly check supplier activities to ensure they remain in good standing for your business. Beyond factory audits, we also perform Social Accountability (SA) audits.
Social accountability has been playing a more important role in today's business world. People buy from you not only for higher quality and better price — but because you are perceived as more socially accountable. To shape a good Corporate Image (CI) and prove your sourcing conduct is ethical, an SA audit is essential.
The audit covers SA 8000 standards including:
- Child labour
- Forced labour
- Health and safety
- Freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining
- Discrimination
- Disciplinary practices
- Working hours
- Compensation
We can be your trusted party to offer quality check inspection service. Whether it's a sample check or mass production goods, we test according to your requirements or widely acknowledged international standards like MIL-STD-105E, ANSI/ASQC Z1.4, ABC-STD-105, BS6001, ISO 2859, and DIN 40080.
1. Sample Quality Check
To save development and mass production time for both you and suppliers, we act as your reliable watchdog to qualify samples. All samples are checked visually and tested functionally per your checklist. A complete report follows so you can decide if the samples are acceptable.
2. Mass Production Quality Check
You typically provide your QC checklist. If you don't, we use a mutually-agreed international standard from those listed above.
The first step is to randomly draw a number of product samples from the shipment lot per Acceptable Quality Level (AQL). The samples are checked against your checklist or the agreed international standard. We then judge the shipment PASS or FAIL and present you with a detailed report.
AQL refers to the maximum number of acceptable defectives during random sampling. Defects are classified into 3 levels:
- Critical: defects likely to result in an unsafe condition or contravene mandatory regulation.
- Major: defects that reduce usability of the product or show obvious appearance defects affecting sales.
- Minor: defects that don't reduce usability but are still beyond the defined quality standard.
We are the information hub between you and your supplier. Our systematic order management ensures information flows are accurately and timely translated and conveyed. Working with us, you save time and pain — making your whole China sourcing process efficient and cost-effective.
1. Purchase Order Approval (POA)
We double-check your draft order to make sure every detail is correct. Then we pass your official PO to the supplier and solicit a signed proforma invoice and committed production plan. We also help check your payment documents (e.g., L/C — Letter of Credit).
2. Initial Production Inspection (IMI)
Inspection at the beginning of production. Aims to prevent defective components and ensure quality input. We hold the supplier's BOM (Bill of Materials) and check all materials are in good quality and in place. If third-party testing is needed (e.g., FOOD CONTACT test for France), we work with TUV, SGS, and CMA. We monitor the assembly process and check the first production run; if defectives are detected, we report and act immediately.
3. Online Production Inspection (OPI)
Inspection when at least 20% of the order is finished. Ensures production is going smoothly and quality is maintained throughout. We check the supplier's production line and randomly check finished products for specification, function, packaging, etc.
4. Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)
Inspection ONLY when at least 80% of the order is finished and well packed. We randomly draw samples per AQL or your requested standards. Major items tested are cosmetics, functions, and packaging (e.g., drop test).
5. Loading Supervision (LS)
We check quantities and conditions of the carrier container, monitor the entire loading process (warehouse to container), and seal the lock after loading.
6. Documents Processing
We check validity and completeness of product-related documents (RoHS, CE, EMC certificates/reports), shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin), and any other files you may request.
