SF International Trade Co., Limited's professional inspectors visit the factory on site and do random sampling and relevant checking from semi-finished or packed products during mass production.
What We Check
- Check safety performance / practicality / appearance.
- Upon identifying defects, take corrective action accordingly.
- Check details of the product against desired inspection standards.
- Focus on key points of the products.
- Record findings and take samples for further re-checking if necessary.
- Inform customer of irreparable defects.
- Take photos of all defects.
What You Receive
Recorded findings, defect photos and notice of irreparable defects. Our QA reporting includes corrective measures, production risks, suggestions, production efficiency and estimated delivery time.
